  1. A Clean, Safe Physical Environment in a high quality.
  2. An ecosystem in a stable and can be sustained for a long term.
  3. A meeting to identify basic need in community: shelter, food, job, income, health centre etc.
  4. Strong, mutually and non-exploitive community.
  5. High status of public health and sick care centre.
  6. Optimum level of health status and low risk of diseases.
  7. A diverse, vital and innovative city economy.
  8. The encouragement of the past, in the cultural and biological herritage.
  9. Access a wide variety of experience.
  10. High degree of participants and control by the public over the decision affecting their lives, health and wellbeing.
